Note if the email does not auto configure the server settings are listed below:

Installing Mobile Iron:

From the App store perform a search for Mobileiron you will want to install M ob il e @ W o rk if you have not logged in with your Apple account you will be prompted to enter the account information:

When the App has completed the install you should have the Mobiliron icon on your home screen. Tap the icon and select OK for the Push Notifications.

Enter the username which is the same as your Onepass and the server m.mobileiron.net:10311

You will be prompted for your password which is the same as your Onepass and OK the Current Location

At this point a profile should install if it does not select the Settings icon at the bottom of the screen and check for updates.

Select Re-Enroll Device and install the Profile Service

Select Install Now and Install again at the Warning window.

When complete select the Done button and then a Safari screen will open at this point Mobiliron isinstalled.

Within a couple of minutes the A pp s @ W o rk icon should appear on the home screen. If it does not appear contact the Service Desk so they can push the App to the device manually. Tap on the A pp s @ W o rk icon and this will display the apps that are available to you.

Loading ZSi

From Apps at work Select Zimmer Zsi and request

The App will start to install and when completed the ZSi icon should appear. Please note this is a large file over 300meg.

Select the Zsi icon choose continue when prompted. The login for Zsi is your Salesforce.com account which is typically your Zimmer email address. The password will be the same one that is used for Salesforce.com.

Select allow when prompted and the data from Sales Force should populate Zsi. Please note that this file is over two gig and could take a couple of hours to load so you will want to be connected via WIFI.

Installing ZSMS

Open Safari and type the following URL depending on the version you need. Tap the icon to install.

When the App has loaded you will need to login with your Onepass credentials
