• Save Workspace…• Arrange All• Crtl+ F6 keys• Auto Filter – Custom filters

• Set–up a weekly process for when PM’s will have their .mpp’s up to date and ready for you to review
• Communicate with your PM’s on any updates that effect their schedules

• This is not a replacement for:– Project 2000 Central– Project 2002 Server
• However for 20+ project schedules and over 250 team members it worked for me!
