Based on our proprietary fabrication technology, a stainless steel master mould is machined from which silicone templates are moulded for making dissolvable microneedle patches. These silicone templates do not degrade after repeated use. The dissolvable microneedles made from these templates have sharp tips and well-defined edges. Diagram A shows the parts of a silicone template. A: microneedle height; B: microneedle base; C: microneedle pitch, which refers to the tip to tip distance; D: patch size; E: gap, it can be calculated using following formula: E = microneedle pitch – microneedle base; F: length of last microneedle cavity to the edge of patch, it can be calculated using following formula: F = (patch size – [(n - 1) x pitch]) / 2, where n = number of microneedles in one array. MPatch TM Microneedle Templates are exclusively made for producing dissolvable microneedle patches with excellent quality and repeatability. These templates are made of silicone rubber which is heat and chemical resistant, and extremely durable. Instructions for Use Ensure that the MPatch TM Microneedle Templates are clean by washing with mild soap and letting them air dry completely. Next, pipette a small quantity (50μl – 100μl) of the drug mixture onto the microneedle catchment. Subject the templates to centrifugal force for >60 seconds to ensure that all microneedle cavities are completely filled-up. Then, dry the patches (30% - 45% RH) for 4 – 48 hours depending on the material used. Lastly, use an adhesive tape to vertically de-mould the formed microneedle patch from the templates. Mini Applicator

Our disruptive technology MPatchTM Mini Applicator incorporates cutting-edge microneedle technology

for effectively applying microneedle patches on the skin (5mm – 15mm in diameter). This includes

stainless steel, plastic and dissolvable microneedle patches. Our applicators are engineered to provide the

required speed and force so that the micronneedles can penetrate the skin at 100% penetration rate.

MPatchTM Mini Applicator is used to apply

microneedle patches on the skin effectively

for drug delivery or cosmetic purposes.

Special Features MPatchM Mini Applicator

is specially engineered to apply microneedle

patches effectively by ensuring 100%

penetration rate. The penetration speed and

force is optimized to provide repeatable and

reproducible results.

Instructions for Use Affix a microneedle

patch on to the sample seat and cock the

applicator. Place the transparent cap over a

targeted skin site and apply mild pressure to

tension the skin. Activate the applicator by

pressing the trigger button. Hold the device

in place for at least 10 seconds or longer to

ensure that the microneedles are completely

inserted into the skin. This holding time is

crucial for the microneedle to dissolve in the

skin (if the microneedles are dissolvable).

Casing and

Casing Insert

Our MPatchTM casing and MPatchTM casing insert are specially designed for the installation of

microneedle patches onto the MPatchTM Mini Applicator. They are also designed to provide protection

to the microneedle and aid in the installation of microneedle patches onto the applicator.

MPatchTM casing and MPatchTM casing

insert are used to install microneedle patches

onto the applicator without causing damage

to the microneedle patch.

Special Features MPatchTM casing and

MPatchTM casing insert are specially

designed to aid in the installation of

microneedle patch onto the MPatchTM Mini

Applicator. They are also designed to

provide protection and storage to

microneedle patch and reduce the risk of

damaging microneedle patch during

installation.

Instructions for Use Remove the liner of

medical grade adhesive on the casing insert.

Affix a microneedle patch on the casing

insert with medical grade adhesive. Store

casing insert with microneedle patch in a

casing. Cock the applicator with casing

loaded with microneedle patch. The

applicator is now ready for microneedle

application on targeted skin.
