PAYMENT:Payment is due in full upon delivery or pick-up for all customers without established terms. COD certified check, credit card, cash or full payment in advance unless written confidential credit application has been submitted and approved by Michigan Evergreen Nursery, Inc. well in advance of requested ship date. Payment is due 30 days after receipt of product for all customers with established terms. All past due accounts are charged 2% per month or 24% annual finance charge on the unpaid balance. All payments are applied to billed finance charges first then to balance of product invoice. If an account becomes more than 60 days past due, the established terms will revert to COD.Accounts must be in good standing to continue to receive terms and plant product. There is a $25.00 fee charged for any returned check. For your convenience we now accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover.

SHIPPING:All prices are F.O.B. our nursery and are subject to change without notice. Shipping can be arranged at customer’s request.All freight charges are based on catalog list price and minimum order requirement.Any additions or deletions to existing orders must be made ten days prior to requested ship date.Michigan Evergreen Nursery, Inc. reserves the right to refuse acceptance of an order if it is too small to meet shipping requirements. A drop fee of up to $100.00 may be imposed.We will combine orders to fill up truckloads to one area making freight as economical as possible.All order shipments are subject to a fuel surcharge at time of delivery due to rising fuel costs.Arrival date of your order may vary from your requested ship date; however, we strive to meet customer requested dates if at all possible. Any action pertaining to such sale shall be venue in Ottawa County, Michigan.

GUARANTEE:Michigan Evergreen Nursery, Inc. guarantees all nursery stock at time of receipt. All of our plant material is inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and certified to ship. As soon as product is received it must be inspected for quality, count and condition.Any shortages or unsatisfactory material must be reported immediately after receiving the shipment.Claims for any cause will receive consideration only when made within five business days after arrival of product.Claims must be made in writing via postmarked letter within five business days, fax or e-mail.We are willing to settle any customer complaint or discrepancy to the satisfaction of our customer.However, in no case will Michigan Evergreen, Inc. be liable for any amount greater than the sum originally charged for nursery stock.
