III. BRIEF COMPANY HISTORY Our corporation is privately held company and initially operating as subsidiary of KEMPAL

Construction and Supply Corporation (KCSC for brevity), duly registered corporation, existing for more

than eighteen (18) years offers mechanical, civil, and engineering services.

Through the profit from the company activities, were reinvested back in the business to meet

the expanding demand of the market. Thereat, Megacity General Construction and Development

Corporation, a new company was established on June 18, 2015.

The people who make up the team has all capabilities, technical know –how and experience

in engineering; it embodies our values of strength, performance and passion .Our employees adhere

to these ideals, which contributed meaningfully to the leadership, development and success of our

company.

Our ultimate competitive advantage is the technical know-how and passion of our people to
