Since .HSI Is . a de facto assignee Jhen Bee is infringing on Bullen's Iranchise. according to the Complaint. Bee" has placed commercial garbage containers at various' locations in Mt. Vernon was discussed at a called meeting of the Mt. Vernon City Council Tuesday night, and the council once again agreed to move ahead with the process. In one count of the indictment it charges Burns conspired to' of the $1.9 million stolen from Dr. Roscoe J. Acker of Flemlng-Neofi in August 1985. Dr. Acker's daughter.Tam- my.23. was stabbed to death during ihe robbery of their home, and Dr. Acker was choked uolil he lost consciousness. Two men. Roger D. Epperson and Benny Lee Hodge were sentenced to death in the robbery. Bums defended Epperson and-' the indictment charged he paid for his services with the money he, koeut was stolen from Acker.
