Bench top jointer dust collection can be improved on your Delta, Porter Cable and Steel City machines. These machines were shipped with a shop vacuum size fitting but for best dust collection efficiency, you need a full 4” connection.

This is one very substantial hood!

By popular request, we have produced this fitting using heavy sheet steel construction, welded seams and topped it all with a durable powder coated finish.

A special feature of this hood is the ability to fasten it onto your machine in an upward or downward sweeping direction.

The upward direction allows the ma-chine to rest on any large flat surface where the dust collection hose cannot fall below the surface.

The downward direction is used when the machine has been mounted on a stand or positioned at the edge of the bench so the hood can fall below the bench top surface.

Either position offers top-notch dust collection.

These spreaders were found being used in general crafts to spread glue on felt, cloth and paper.

The tip is flexible and can be used in varying amounts of pressure when applying thicker adhesives.

Standard glue does not stick to the applicator and simply peals off once hardened.

The aggressive adhesive backing will hold this soft foam in place on shop made sanding blocks, rotary discs, rotating drums etc...

We’ve been told...I’m using it in my tool box.I’m going to make my own rubber stamps.I’m putting it on my mobile base for the cushion plus the foam provides grip.My push block foam is chewed up and I’m going to replace it with this.
