Mermaid® was used to evaluate the full installation cost of the three different foundation types at Dogger Bank using a range of
methods. Mermaid® determined the best foundation types in terms of both time and cost, and quantified the benefits of different
process improvements.
Mermaid® was used to quantify and compare two vessels and model the complete specialist drilling operation, which was based off
the coast of France. Through the use of Mermaid® a 100% increase in weather risk was identified for the less capable vessel.
