Terms and Conditions: • Entry is FREE DIGITAL ENTRY email to [email protected] as a HiRes JPEG (at 300 DPI - NO LARGER than 2MG). Images will be resized for exhibition purposes. JPEGS need to be given a file.name in the following format – YOURLASTNAME.Firstname.Titleofimage.Year.jpeg (eg. MERICI.College.Anniversary.2019.jpeg) PRINT ENTRY hand delivered or posted to the school, no smaller than A4 and no larger than A3 in size. Print your name, the title of your image and an approximate date when the image was captured (the year for old photos) on the back of your print. • Your competition entry must be your own work. You cannot enter an image captured by another person (as you do not own the copyright). If you are aware of a great image captured by someone else encourage them to enter the competition. • A short explanatory statement of no more than 100 words is to accompany each entry. It can be emailed with your JPEG file or written on a separate piece of paper to accompany your print copy. We would like to know how this image represents the theme and how you were/are associated with Merici. • No obscene, nude or invasive images will be accepted. • Prints will be placed in the school archive once the competition is finished and will not be returned. Please DO NOT SEND IN ORIGINALS but take a scan of any precious old photos and send them in as a print copy or as a JPEG file.
