what is it?Excessive worry & Fear about everyday situations
repeated episodes of sudden feeling of anxiety, fear or terror
interferes with daily activities
causes ● stress from school, work, or personal
relationship● Medical causes ● drug abuse
Types of anxiety & SymptomsAnxiety disorder
pounding heart, rapid heartbeatrapid, shallow breathing, shortness of breath
dizziness, headache, sweating, numbness
choking, dry mouth, stomach painsnausea, vomiting & diarrhea
Panic disorderexperiences panic attacksworried about future panic attacks fear of possible consequences avoids exercise that produces physical sensations
