But checking the pictures you’ve sent, please verify the RSRP distribution that you have into your project because having few samples in the distribution can be introducing strange behaviors. For instance, the sites within the blue circles seem to have close to 100% of the samples in very strong values. Normally, in those cases, the RSRP distribution has very few samples and the majority of them are located in the highest ranges, producing those red areas. Regarding the size of the best server area, you can create a traffic map based on Timing advance, and check the values you obtain in the Unallocated Erlang report. That can give you an estimation about the deviation between your best server areas of the project and the reality. But in any case, there is nothing we can do with it but changing the original propagation model.
