a) Exception for junior national/national meet reimbursement i) MOTION: to approve exception for Faith Hefner for full reimbursement due to ACL

injury - PASSED ii) MOTION: to approve exception for Will Chan for full reimbursement grandfathering

from previous policy - PASSED b) MOTION: to approve Zone Staff (Zone team and Select Camp) as Blake Addison-TAC, Cole

Dutton-CAT, Kristina Olack-MAC, Matthew Johnson-TEAM, Clifton Gordon-Hillsboro, Ben Lee-TEAM ELITE - PASSED

c) MOTION: to approve Rob Norman-TAC as Junior Coach Rep fulfilling the remaining term due to the resignation of John Fedena – PASSED

d) MOTION: to allocate $800 to provide lunch for a clinic by Jim Richardson for senior athletes at IMX camp in two weeks – PASSED

e) MOTION: to waive the late fee for TYDE to host a dual meet after being closed out of another meet - PASSED
