The tenderer is advised to visit the site before �ricing and

ascertain the nature of the existing buildings and services. No

claims arising from the Tenderers ignorance will be entertained.

Demolitions Carefully remove the existing lean to roof at the verandar and store on

site the salvage materials for re-use, and the falling plastic ceiling on

the dispensary winq

Carefully remove and store an existing window overall dimensions

1450 x 1050mm high, cart away the arising debris, make good the

defects and fill the openinq, (1 NO.)

C Hack the sreeded floor and cart away the debrils in readiness to

receive foolr tiles m/s

Plain glazed ceramic non-sli� floor tiles size 300 x 300 x 8mm as

a��roved by the Architect : bedded on cement and sand screeds

{measured se�arately} : jointed and grouted in matching colour

Wash hand basin size 406 x 305mm with one tap holes and chain stay

hole, 32mm diameter chrome plated pop up chain waste, concealed

wall brackets, chrome plated single tap hole basin mixer as Cobra and

chrome plated bottle trap (32mm 'P' trap) with 75mm seal. The wash

hand basin to be as Twyfords 'Sola 51 O' or equal and approved

Sink tap as CTM's Tivoli Margot Chrome Prep Bowl Tap Pillar Type

with Swivel Spout overal size 252mm high including connection to

existinQ water supply system.

Drainage

Allow for provision of waste pipe and connection to the existing

drainage system

Builder's Work Cut holes for small pipes through 200mm thick wall and make good

disturbed surfaces.
