Step 1: Clear your Firearm - Check the Chamber, Bolt Face and Magazine tubes.

Step 2: Gather Parts and Tools Needed

1. KSG muzzle brake

2. Brass Crush Washer

3. Muzzle Wrench4. 6pt barrel nut

wrench5. Rocksett6. KSG Vice Block

Step 3: Place vice block in vice. You can use masking tape to line the inside of the vice block to avoid scratching the muzzle plate

Step 4: Press the vice block into muzzle plate.

Step 5: Insert the KSG upside down with the vice block into your vice and tighten it down.

Step 6: Use the 6 point barrel nut wrench to remove the barrel nut.

Step 7: Once the barrel nut is removed can put in the crush washer. The side with the cut will go against the muzzle plate. Smooth side faces outwards.

Step 8: Apply rocksett to threads on the KSG and the threads on the muzzle brake.

Step 9: Thread the muzzle brake on until it is snug. You will still be able to hand tighten. Don’t go too far because once you crush the washer you won’t have any room for timing.

Step 10: Use your muzzle brake wrench to finish tightening. The biggest tab on the wrench will give you leverage when tightening. Use tape to avoid scratching.

Step 11: You will get to a point where you will need the vise to assist. Reapply the vice block and tighten it to the vise. Continue to tighten but don’t over crank or you will damage the crush washer and need a replacement.

Step 12: You can use a level to make sure you have it lined up perfectly.

Step 13: Once complete, remove the KSG from the vise and remove the vise block.

Step 14: Double check to make sure muzzle brake is perfectly aligned

Step 15: Your install is complete! Enjoy your new Muzzle Brake. Happy Shooting!
