MHRM: Human Resource Professionals

Designed for those with proven HR experience who want to further a career in HR

Part-time program (2 years) 4 web-based courses (Fall/Winter x 2) 4 face-to-face one-week courses (Spr/Summ x 2) Project (or 2 more face-to-face one-week courses)

Covers all aspects of HR including staffing, compensation, training etc.

Project

An optional project is available in both in the MHRM and MBA programs.

The project allows the student to conduct a study under the supervision of a faculty member and a committee.

Students following the project option must prepare and present a comprehensive paper on a suitable topic.

Admission Requirements

70% average in an undergraduate degree

Two letters of reference 2 years relevant working

experience GMAT is required for MBA

We offer Advance Standing of up to 3 courses to holders of these designations: Chartered Accountant (CA) Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Certified General Accountant (CGA) Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Direxion

Mid-career entry option

Experienced managers with 7+ years of management experience may apply to MBA / MHRM program without an undergraduate degree

Must complete qualifying courses before starting MBA / MHRM courses
