Case Study #1: Quintessentially

The Nuts & Bolts Quintessentially is a private members' club with a 24-hour

global concierge service. The Quintessentially Group has

grown to become a portfolio of complementary businesses

that cover every facet of luxury lifestyle around the world.

The ChallengeTo assist a BC entrepreneur achieve franchising rights to open

a Quintessentially office in Vancouver.

The ResultMaxPro developed a personalized business plan and investor

presentation that our client delivered to Quintessentially’s

UK-based head office. Our client was awarded the exclusive

franchising rights for the whole of Canada and Seattle against

over 150 other applicants. MaxPro continues to assist in a

business development role, taking the Vancouver franchise

from concept to revenue growth.

Case Study #2: Hydraulic Technologies

The Nuts & Bolts Hydraulic Technologies Inc. (HTI) specializes in full service

repairs and sales of hydraulic components to key industries in

the Pacific Northwest, including mining, forestry and construction.

The ChallengeIn the midst of the recent global recession and a shrinking BC

forestry industry, HTI presented MaxPro with the task of

developing a strategic plan to improve profitability through new

market penetration, new product distribution and cost reduction.

The ResultMaxPro developed marketing strategies to diversify HTI’s

service offerings into new sectors, increase brand awareness

through web-based development and grow sales via targeted

distribution of new products. MaxPro also delivered financial

strategies that ensured HTI presented a flexible pricing plan

for its customers, while also reducing in-house production costs.
