    Matthaei Bottanical Gardens

    1. Begin your exploration at the Visitor Center. Here youll find restrooms, drinking fountains, a gift shop, our library, classrooms, an auditorium, and the entrance to the Conservatory. friendly staff is at the desk in the main lobby at the front of the buildig during posted business hours.

    2. Close to the main building are many special display gardens featured in the links below. Were activley budiling several new gardens here - come and see. Our natural areas are featured along serveral trails.

    3. All the trails at the Gardens form loops back towards the Visitor Center. The east trail entrance is at the downhill end of the front sidewalk. The west trail entrance is just beyond the picnic tables in Norman Memorial Grove near the west parking lot. The west entrance is prominently makred as an entrance to the Sue Reichert Discovery Trail.
