Yet still wanted my counseling to turn a newfound engagement into a long flourishing marriage, but had no idea of what it means to be ‘bout it’

Back when I was a freshman in high school, our teacher asked us to make a

visual collage of our goals – The centerpiece of my masterpiece was an

exotic woman named Mercedes

Xenophobes try to blame me for problems of their own making. But I’m dreaming the same dreams
