• Nuestro recepcionista del SPA le asistirá

en la correcta selección y secuencia de sus

tratamientos.

• Por favor avise al recepcionista del SPA si tiene

alergias antes de reservar sus tratamientos.

• Usted puede requerir específicamente un

terapeuta masculino o femenino, sin embargo,

no podemos garantizar la disponibilidad. Todos

los terapeutas están entrenados en el manejo de

sábanas y toallas protegiendo y respetando su

privacidad.

• Vístase con lo que usted se sienta cómodo.

El SPA le proporcionará un bikini, top o trusa

desechable para los tratamientos corporales.

• Por favor deje sus objetos de valor en la caja de

seguridad de su habitación. El SPA no se hace

responsable por objetos perdidos o extraviados.

Si olvidó quitarse su reloj o aretes, le recordamos

guardarlos en el bolsillo de su bata.

• Favor de registrarse en la recepción 10 minutos

antes de su cita. Este periodo es el mínimo

requerido para que se le proporcione su casillero,

bata y sandalias, se cambie tranquilamente y

pase a la sala de descanso 5 minutos antes, en

donde su terapeuta le recibirá.

• No es recomendable tomar tratamientos

después de comer o ingerir bebidas alcohólicas.

Por razones de salud y seguridad no se puede dar

ningún tratamiento a personas bajo la influencia

de alcohol o drogas.

• No se afeite las piernas antes de una exfoliación

corporal y evite quemaduras solares que podrían

impedirle disfrutar o tomar sus tratamientos en

el SPA.

• Al llegar tarde a su cita reduce el tiempo de su

tratamiento. Sin embargo, el precio no cambiará.

Dependiendo del tiempo que le quede de su

tratamiento, un retraso se puede convertir en un

¨no show¨ o ausencia y se realizará un cargo del

50 % del valor total del tratamiento a su cuenta.

• Toda cancelación y cambio de reservación

deberán efectuarse por lo menos 4 horas antes

de su cita. Después de este periodo no habrá

rembolso y el cambio de cita quedará sujeto a

disponibilidad.

• Los huéspedes de CasaMagna Marriott Cancún

Resort y JW Marriott Cancún Resort y SPA

pueden cargar los tratamientos al folio de su

habitación o pagar en efectivo o con tarjetas de

crédito. Clientes externos deberán reservar y

pagar sus tratamientos en efectivo o con tarjeta

de crédito.

• Todas las gratificaciones quedan a su

discreción. Esta puede ser agregada a su cheque

al momento de hacer el cargo final después de su

tratamiento.

• Todos los precios son en pesos mexicanos.

No se permiten menores de 16 años edad, el uso

de celulares, fumar e introducir alimentos.

• Our SPA receptionist will help you select the

best treatment for your needs.

• Please notify the SPA of any allergies prior to

booking your treatment.

• You can specifically request a male or female

therapist, however, we cannot guarantee

availability. All of our therapists will do their

utmost to ensure your privacy during a massage.

• The SPA will provide you with disposable

underwear for all body treatments, however, you

may leave on your own undergarments if you wish.

• The SPA is not responsible for any valuables left

unattended in our facility.

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled

appointment time so that the SPA receptionist

may provide you with a locker and a robe.

• We suggest that you do not to arrive for

treatment on a full stomach or under the

influence of alcohol or drugs. Any guest under

the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused

treatment.

• Arriving late for an appointment will cause

that time to be deducted from your treatment,

however the price will not change. Depending

on the time remaining your appointment may be

qualified as a “no show”.

• If you miss your appointment, it will be

considered a ¨no show¨ and 50% of the

treatment will be added to your hotel bill.

• Cancellation or change of appointment time

must be made at least 4 hours prior to your

treatment. After this time there will be no refund.

• For your convenience all guests of CasaMagna

Marriot Cancun Resort and JW Marriott Cancun

Resort and Spa are able to charge directly to their

rooms. Cash and credit cards are also accepted.

• Gratuities are always at your discretion and can

be added to your final bill after your treatment.

• Prices are listed in Mexican pesos.

Smoking, cellular phones, outside food and

children under 16 are not permitted in the SPA.
