She is not widely mentioned in the gospels. She is most seen in Luke Without Luke, Mary would not be who she is

Mary was seen as a special woman from birth She was depicted as a tiny woman when she
was young in art. She would give long speeches and was very
smart even before she was able to speak Essentially, Mary was a privileged and special
person in these texts.

Tradition Mary is seen as pure She was conceived without sin She is the vessel that carried Jesus She was chosen before she was even
conceived. She was not perfect Her parents, Joachim and Anne did sin.
