3. To appoint the following as Directors pursuant to Article 35 and Article 47 of the
Company’s Articles of Association: Cllr. John Clancy
4. To appoint the Company Auditors, Grant Thornton UK LLP and authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration.
5. To transact any other ordinary business of an Annual General Meeting.
