• In our group, we applied the elements of the extended marketing mix (i.e.: 7Ps) for our newly formed organization’s product or service

• In our group we will be identified our product or service and explain how it is developed to sustain competitive advantage

• In our group, we will be explaining how prices are set to reflect our organisation’s objectives, market conditions and attract our target customers.

• In our group, we will be explaining what PLACE means to our newly formed organisation and how distribution or supply is arranged to provide customers convenience.

• How ca promotional activities be integrated to achieve marketing objectives.

• In our group we will be analysing the additional elements of the extended marketing mix (i.e.: people, processes and physical layout) for our newly formed organisation

Introduction/Objectives

• Wize Food is a profit making organisation that is committed to giving you great and satisfactory snacks with good taste for the nourishment of your body.

• Exceptional customer Service and giving health advices why you should patronise us.

OUR PRODUCT

• We will be Growing/buying potatoes toolbars from suppliers (the Benue state farmers)Benue State is the food basket of Nigeria.

Research and Development

• Development: Wize Foods has been able to modify the product through various pre-production model of a product (prototype) and here the product is still on no sells and this product has been tested by a few consumers and feed back has been gotten from our various consumers who tested the product.

• Product would be developed using the potatoes chips machine which will process the potatoes into chips.

Product Life Circle

• Growth: At this stage, the product is now selling

• Maturity: Have soled and make so much money, but at this juncture we have to watch out our product for it not to decline in which we need to apply the extension strategy which will increase our sales.

• Decline/Extension Strategy: we will be applying;

• 1. Price

• 2. BOGOF (Buy One Get One Free)

Packaging

•Product will be packaged with unique brown paper bag and that is our (unique Selling Point).

Price• Haven analysed all the processes • for producing this product, we have come to a

conclusion of our price at N399.00.

• As price leaders in potatoes chips and also considering that the product is at launch stage, we are putting our price on affordable price which our customers will be able to pay and still have value for their money which is a penetration into the market for us to build a brand layout.

PlaceOur target market is Lagos because,

Lagos have got enough population.

• Our factory is built in Makurdi where it is near to raw materials and suppliers (Benue State Farmers). Reasons being that Benue State is the food basket of Nigeria.

Our Customers

Schools (Nursery/Primary, Secondary, Colleges, University and other Tertiary Institutions) and Charity Homes.

Threats of buyers price: some buyers may want to price very low and it might affect Wize Foods’s selling price

Treats of substitute goods: Wize Foods must be alert about substitute goods like plantain chips

Threats of power of the suppliers: Wize Foods must be alert to know that their suppliers should be always available and that their price for selling the raw material should be low in oder for Wize Foods to set their price well.

Promotion• Our organisation has decided to use the

advertising promotion in other to create awareness and encourage sales. We will also use the internet and media

Physical Evidence

• Our physical Evidence will have a conducive reception section with a qualified receptionist properly decorated, light music in the background, and TVs for entertainment.

People

• We the people of Wize Foods are professionals in our different fields of studies and experiences, we have come together to form a matrix structure and a task culture where everyone gets involve in one thing or the order for the company’s quick growth

Process• In our organization, process has

been design in order to favour our customers because they are king in the market. We have decided to create e-mail and give our customer care umbers to our customers whereby when they call out agents will attend to them. We have also setup an Auto-responds for effective responds.

Finally

• We have been able to apply the marketing mix (7Ps) to our product.

• Our product is the best and we are sure to serving you well.
