We sincerely hope this manual will help you accomplish all preparations. It is suggested that relevant
exhibitors read this manual carefully, obey the deadlines of each application, and avoid unnecessary
problems.

and stamping. Each application form, please make a copy for your reference. For further question,

Organizer will make publications by various media in advance.
3.1 Publicizing Materials
Besides entrance ticket, organizer will provide invitation and other publicizing materials
for exhibitors for free in order to facilitate exhibitors informing of their customers.

3.3 Compulsory
Exhibitors need to show exhibits during the whole exhibition. It is not allowed to move
exhibits from exhibition hall before dismantling. During CIRE period, including registration,
loading, exhibition and dismantling, exhibitors need to assign one staff mind the booth.

7.2 CompulsoriesBooth is only used for exhibiting. Disturbing won’t be allowed. Organizer reserves the right of
evacuating or adjusting exhibitors if any noisy, harmful or dangerous equipment or operation, and
the fees should be at exhibitor’s cost.
According to fire protection principle, it is forbidden to locate anything in the passageway.
High performance and fire protection building materials are needed for booth design.
No smoking in the hall.
7.3 Explosives and dangerous articlesExplosives, combustibles materials, harmful and dangerous articles are forbidden at the hall.
7.4. ObstaclesPassageway should always be kept at least 3 meters width. It is not allowed to put anything in the
passageway.

8.1. Electricity Installation
All electricity installation should be operated by official contractor.
Power supply is controlled by distribution provided by organizer, exhibitors are forbidden to change
power supply without permission.
Electrical equipment and its load and insulation must be in accordance with the relevant provisions.
People come into contact with electrical equipment, wire and cable needs special isolation device.
Organizer and its official contractor are responsible for the safety of electric and power supply, and
should report to exhibition center owner and safety department, so as to lighting and electricity
operations should be operated by official contractor.
8.2. Exhibitor Responsibilities
Exhibitors are responsible for the safety of exhibits, the display that may cause harm to others must
be equipped with safety measures.
Exhibitors are responsible for guaranteeing their exhibits may not cause laser, poisonous gas or
other harmful gas.
During CIRE2016, there will be safeguard in the hall, exhibitors are responsible for protecting their
personnel belongs and exhibits, any loss or damage should be at exhibitor’s cost.
Exhibitors are responsible for preparing to accept the safety inspection of each booth.

10.1 Standard Booth
10.1.1 Standard booth is totally 9 ㎡ ( 3m*3m), contains carpet, three side
board, lintel, 1 consulting desk, 2 chairs, 2 spotlights and 1 outlet.
10.1.2 Booth wall is forbidden to glue, paint or carve, exhibitors can hang the
publications by light boards on the booth wall.
10.1.3 Generally, it is not allowed to hang exhibits, ad or banner on the ceiling or
pillar, but can hang them within exhibitor’s booth with permission.
10.1.4 Designing materials must be Fire or flame retardant materials.
10. 2. Raw Space
Raw Space is designed by exhibitors. Antechamber is 10-meter height, central nave is
18-meter height, so booth design should under 5 meters. Exhibitors should strictly
obey the principles set by organizer and exhibition center owner when construction.
Before construction, exhibitors is required to report the design map of the booth to
organizer, and construct with permission.
Exhibitors should inform your constructor to pay for the construction fee and other
charge to Meijiang Convention & Exhibition Center.

Constructors need to provide following information to Meijiang Convention & Exhibition
Center 14 days before constructing, and handle construction procedure.
Materials Needed: Designing map, plan, construction structure, circuit diagram, fire
detection qualified report of all construction materials ( specification and size for
materials need to be marked),contact person, phone number, ID card number, area,
construction company name and booth number.
Construction company needs to sign safety statement.
Charges: Administrative fee, certificate fee, license fee, water, electricity and
compressed air fee, waste pickup deposit.

11. Special Decorated Booth Procedure
11.3 STANDARD BOOTH MODIFICATION
Generally, exhibitors are not allowed to modify standard booth with permission from
organizer. If necessary, contractor can construct after getting permission and all fees shall
be borne by the exhibitors.
11.4 CLEAN
Cleaning staff is responsible to public area’s sanitation, booth sanitation should be
undertaken by exhibitors.
11.5 EMPTY BOX STACK
There isn’t any article stack pot at the exhibition. For special demand, please contact with
the official contractor or freight forwarder, or exhibitors should have to move the empty
boxes out of exhibition hall.

13.2 PACKAGING
13.2.1 Exhibits packaging materials need to be durable, reusable, waterproof and moisture proof, they should also meet the specification and requirement of nations principle, shipping mark should be clear to avoid damage during delivery. We will check the package of the exhibits, inform exhibitors of any damage, and operate the exhibits at exhibitor’s intention.
13.2.2 Big-ticket items must be ready to packing internal fixation, indicate the lifting weight, shovel point, banned the horse, fragile items, packing boxes outside marked up and the pressure marks outside. Exhibitors are in duty bound to declare the size and weight of the items to protect transportation safety. Exhibitors need to take any consequence caused by false declaration.

13.4 INSURANCEWhat freight forwarder charges doesn't contain the insurance premium, exhibitors need to
arrange insurance premium during whole delivering period, includes exhibition period
insurance and responsibility of accident insurance, if exhibits happened to any accident,
exhibitors should contact with insurance company to handle the procedure.
13.5 PAYMENT TERMSPlease pay the fees 7 days before the exhibition to SINOBO’s account, we will settle the
account according to the actual charge, refund for any overpayment or demand the payment
for the shortage, the receipt or invoice will be issued to the exhibitors during the exhibition.
Dispatch Notification :Exhibitors should fax or mail inform us within 24 hours after exhibits dispatch, please indicate the name of the exhibition, booth number, dispatch date, expected date, goods unit and weight in the notice.

14.1 Organizer won’t take responsibility for any loss, destruction ,delay and cancellation that
caused by any irresistible force (war ,earthquake ,terror affair and so on ) and objective factors
which make organizer unable or unfavorable to timely open exhibition at arranged venue.
Exhibitors should realize that the organizer will continuously suffer from the above reasons .
14.2 Organizer won’t pay back the entire fee if exhibitor is confirmed to quit from the show .
Exhibitor should inform organizer their exit by written letter so that they could rearrange the stand.
14.3 Exhibitor should do the compensation for organizer or expo hall owner if they incur the loss
that caused by taking part in the show or any relevant reason .
14.4 Organizer won’t take responsibility for any direct or indirect loss and damage in terms of
personal or property security from exhibitor, employee and agent during the period of the event .
14.5 Exhibitor and its agent shall provide company information for making ‘Exhibitor Manual
’(electronic edition ),organizer won’t take responsibility for printed or missing mistake.
