Mitsubishi Ralliart
Map Notes
Supported Vehicles: USDM 2009-2014 Ralliart
Map Revision:
Stage1-3 v300 / v301
Required Accessport Firmware: 1.6.7.0-6070 or greater
Map Availability: Download from the COBB Tuning Ralliart OTS Map Database
Hardware Requirements: All calibrations will require the use of an upgraded fuel pump relay for safe operation. Details here
Fuel Requirements:
ACN91: Designed for Arizona, California, Nevada 91 octane minimum
91: 91 or 92 octane fuel minimum
93: 93 or 94 octane fuel minimum (94 octane that contains no ethanol may require use of
91 octane map for safe operation)
Each maps lists the minimum required octane. A higher octane fuel can be used safely on a
map designed for lower octane. DO NOT use maps designed for higher octane with lower
octane fuels. Top Tier gasoline should be used where available.

Map Version Notes: Note: All performance (Stage 1-3) maps are equipped with 2-way map switching. Performance maps are by default loaded into the first map slot and an economy map is loaded in the second map slot. Stage 1 Maps (Map0 Performance, Map1 Economy)
Stage 1
o Boost Control Solenoid: Stock with stock restrictor pills
o Exhaust Requirements: Stock (aftermarket cat-back will not affect tune)
o Intake Requirements: Stock airbox with stock air filter
o Boost Targets: 18.5 PSI peak tapering down to 13.5 PSI by redline (+/-1.5 PSI)
Stage2
o Boost Control Solenoid: COBB Electronic Boost Control Solenoid using supplied vacuum lines
o Exhaust Requirements: Stock (aftermarket cat-back will not affect tune)
o Intake Requirements: Stock airbox with stock air filter
o Boost Targets: 21 PSI peak tapering down to 16 PSI by redline (+/-1.5 PSI)
Stage3
o Boost Control Solenoid: COBB Electronic Boost Control Solenoid using supplied vacuum lines
o Exhaust Requirements: COBB turbo-back exhaust system
COBB Test pipe
COBB Downpipe
High flow cat-back exhaust system
o Intake Requirements: Stock airbox with stock air filter
COBB hard pipe kit Optional
o Boost Targets: 21 PSI peak tapering down to 16 PSI by redline (+/- 1.5 PSI)
Notes: The additions of any other hardware may cause the vehicle to perform poorly
Non Performance Maps
Anti-Theft Mode
o This map will not allow the vehicle to start.
Economy Mode
o Bundled with performance map and found in secondary map slot (Map1)
Stage0
o Intended for an otherwise stock Ralliart
o Stock ignition, timing, and boost control
Closing Warnings and Precautions: Use of inappropriate calibration/modification combinations will promote engine damage
Seek the help of a professional COBB Protuner should your Ralliart fall outside of OTS map requirements.
Top Tier gasoline should be used where available. Use of lower quality fuels can result in catastrophic engine
damage.

Typical Stage1, Stage2, and Stage3 gains vs Stock Power:
Stage1 93 o Peak +8% HP / +7% TQ o Max. +17% HP / +17% TQ
Stage2 93 o Peak +14% HP / +12% TQ o Max. + 22% HP / +20% TQ
Stage3 93 o Peak +21% HP / 15% TQ o Max. +26% HP/ +22% TQ
Peak Gains are measured as the absolute maximum value between the highest points of two plots.
Max. Gains are measured as the average maximum value between the highest and lowest point of two plots.
Results may vary. Power as tested on 2013 Ralliart (93 octane fuel).

V301 2009/2010 USDM Ralliart - Adjustments made to idle timing to fix idle fluctuations.
V300 Maps updated to match latest performance map strategy.
V100 Original Calibration. Adjusted boost, fuel, ignition, camshaft phasing and base programming logic
to improve driving quality and performance. Revised Closed Loop management for improved driving quality. Smoothed out boost related values, improved boost response at lower RPM. Altered intake camshaft phasing parameters in an effort to improve low and midrange torque and boost response. Smoothed ignition advance mapping for low and mid RPM response.
