Inbound Flow

Partners will connect to internet host URL and SFTP port over internet using

any file transfer client Partners would be able to see the folders with the file transfer client with

names defined as virtual folders in AT and do file transfers. When the partner places the file, the request reaches AT gateway server

and waits there until AT internal server reaches it and fetches via reverse connections.

Request would then be transferred to back end file server via the virtual

folder set up/connection. The same flow applies to users inside Client network also but through an

internal SFTP port created directly on AT internal server.

Page 24: Managing File Transfers (MFT)

Outbound Flow

Whenever a user or automated service needs to transfer a file to partner

systems either inside or outside client network, he/it will connect to AT server via SFTP port and will place the file in the virtual folder already configured on AT.

Virtual folders are set up by AT admin initially when on boarding the

target partner by creating a map to the target folder path over SFTP/FTP. Outbound connection requests generate directly out of AT internal

server to target partner system.

Use Case : Enterprise File Sync and Share

Synchronization across sites/offices

Shared team workspaces

File syndication (one-to-many or few-to-many)

Define read/write privileges and time-limited access

Bi-directional synchronization of folders Role-based privileges for allowing users to create shared project folders Alert emails for stake holders when critical files got created or modified
