Our National Utilities office provides a single point of contact for all Utility projects including general construction where Utility products may be required. This centralised approach provides a convenient, flexible and responsive solution for all enquiries, orders, product, stock management and technical expertise requirements whilst taking advanatge of the nationwide Keyline network of branches.

Additionally we are supported by the Travis Perkins group of companies which operate out of over 1800 locations and incorporate brands such as BSS, Travis Perkins, PTS and Sustainable Building Solutions.

All Keyline vehicles are tracked and can be monitored in real time by the branch. Vehicle tracking allows us to know where our vehicles are, so we can immediately warn our customers about any potential delays that may affect their deliveries. This technology also allows us to monitor the CO2 emissions generated by our fleet whilst carrying our deliveries to our clients.

Vehicle delivery routes are planned using our in-house route planning software which reduces delivery times and environmental impact.

All of our drivers are thoroughly trained to deliver materials to your site safely.

The loading of the vehicle is carefully planned to make sure the driver keeps his feet on the ground and doesn’t have to work at height. Pre-slinging loads and the use of specialist attachments developed exclusively by Keyline, allow the driver to complete swift but exceptionally safe deliveries without having to climb onto the vehicle bed.

Managed Services from Keyline provides in-depth experience of delivering bespoke solutions to the Utility Authorities and its partners.
