Sec. 1: Responsibilities of Robots

i) A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.

ii) A robot must obey any orders given to it by human beings, except where such orders would conflict with Part 3 Section 1 subsection “i” of this Charter.

iii) A robot must not deceive a human being.

Sec 2: Rights of Robots

Under Korean Law, Robots are afforded the following fundamental rights:

i)The right to exist without fear of injury or death.

ii)The right to live an existence free from systematic abuse.

It is important to ask, “What’s going to happen for us and for our environment in the next 25 years?” It is even more important to ask:

“What do we want to make happen?” Vision is not figuring out what is going to change and adapting to it. Vision is about deciding how we will change the world.
