• Stork’s history dates back to 1827 with the establishment of “Werkspoor” in the Netherlands

the Dutch ports and the Flemish ports on the

Scheldt River. Each year, they assist about

100,000 ships.

Royal Dutch Navy has been implementing SAP

as part of a wider ERP roll out within the

Dutch armed forces. The implementation

aimed to improve the operational availability

and to lower the maintenance costs.

Stork is part of IBM/Stork/Ordina partnership

for the SAP implementation

approach during test processes

way of defining configuration structures

• Incorporate “Best Practices” from Amec,

AJS – Integrated Services Contractor for

ONEgas

AJS is managing and executing all

maintenance & modifications work for 50

offshore assets in the Southern North Sea and

2 gas plants in Den Helder (NL) and Bacton

(UK).

AJS is formed & sourced from three different

companies and their (sub)contractors.

The Result

• One standardised process

• Asset Integrity managed in clients SAP

system

• Two construction management packages

supporting the delivery offshore

The Approach

Use a neutral information domain; maximized

the strength of interconnected corporate

networks. Built an integrated organisation in

multiple worklocatins around one process
