The magnum photographer that i chose was Philip The magnum photographer that i chose was Philip Jones Griffiths. The reason i chose this particular Jones Griffiths. The reason i chose this particular picture is because I really like the creepy, ghostly picture is because I really like the creepy, ghostly feel that comes from looking at it, the scratched feel that comes from looking at it, the scratched and faded condition gives it that really good effect.and faded condition gives it that really good effect.

What i liked about this image is, like the tank picture, the 'out of place' nature of it. Once again one of the reasons i was drawn to this was the 'out of place' factor, with a white family who look like they're just relaxing on some sort of holiday, but instead of being on the beach, they appear to be in some kind of African village. I also liked the contrast in life style that can be seen in the image.
