When special bolt LKB, retainer LKR, LKT for links are used in fixing tension links, accidents such as damage can be prevented.

Not being fixed on the plates with bolts, this tension link allows the mold to open and close as shown in Fig. 1 and 2.It enables to secure a longer stroke and to keep the mold height low.

When use sockets other than F120-KHSHWCF120-MKSH,

Embedding in the mold is not appropriate concerning KHPHCJPLHCSUS-JPLHCJPLCLJPLCLJPLH due to the structure of the connecting socket.

Use the unit after mounting them outside the mold.

(At the time of attachment/detachment, counterbore diameter that a hand can fully enter

is necessary due to its structure in which the socket tip is pulled by hand to attach/detach the socket.) Corresponding to embeding into molds : F120-KHSHWCF120-MKSH

Even if the plug is accidentally broken, it can be easily removed

as the hole inside shaped hexagonal so that an Allen wrench fits.

CTighten the plug under the maximum tightening torque.

CKeep the water temperature within the specified range.

CDo not use the mold couplers for any other purposes than water cooling.

CSelect an appropriate hose and hose band for the socket.

IFeatures of WHP Heat Transaction Pipes1.High level of cooling performance

The WHP Heat Transaction Pipe uses an operating solution as heat exchange medium instead of thermal conductive materials.

This results in a high level of thermal conductivity(200 times higher than a copper rod)and response.

2.Stable cooling effects.

Unlike conventional methods using baffle boards or cooling pipes, the WHP Heat Transaction Pipe is less likely to cause cooling efficiency drop due to water

flow reduction caused by rust and fur, and does not cause water boiling problems.These features contribute to reduction of maintenance work.

As shown in the figure, insert a rod, etc.

to stop the plug at the desired place, and fix it using

a screw driver. Fastening the screw makes the O-ring

expand and deform, fixing the plug firmly inside

the cooling hole.
