When Jonathan became President of SGP Capital, it was due to his vast experience and ability to take SGP into new markets and territories, whilst building on the success and reputation we have developed for delivering targets for our clients.

Jonathan is looking forward to growing SGP into a world leader in the Accountancy, Investment and Management Consultancy fields.

Jonathan M. Beckerlegge has been with the Acal group since 2009. Jonathan

became President of SGP in 2013 And Chairman and CEO of Centralus Ltd.

Jonathan is a Certified Accountant by profession and training, He started his

accountancy career in London, in practice, and after 7 years relocating to York and

joining an accountancy practice, in 1975. After spending nearly 30 years there in

which time he served on the ACCA Council for 18 years and had the great honour

of being their President in 2002/03. He also served on the EU accountancy Body

(FEE) Ethics Working Party for more than 10 years as well as an Italian/UK Bilateral

Committee and was a member of the APB.

Jonathan is a bio-diesel expert from experience and moved in this area in 2007,

he and his colleagues worked in a new company developing the biodiesel concept

of “turning the desert green” and then moved overseas to sell the idea which they

successfully did to both Egypt and Libya.

Jonathan is also a Lecturer in business ethics, is an Accountant member of the

ACCA Disciplinary Committee, a trustee of the ACCA Benevolent Fund, Trustee and

Treasurer to the Association of Charitable Organisations (An umbrella organisation

for benevolent societies) as well as Trustee of The Kyaninga Child Development

Centre Trust, a charity supporting work with disabled children in the Fort Portal

Region of Northern Uganda.

Simon has been the Senior partner for Sovereign Global Partnership since 2013 as

well as a member of SGP LLP

Alan is the CEO of AccountNet and company director of SGP Capital after joining the Sovereign group in September 2016.

He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Emory University School of Law and has

been an active member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1973.

Alan has dedicated his professional career to working in the area of business

development and assisting clients in developing and implementing strategic

relationships that contribute to the growth of the client’s business.

His many years of experience include working with numerous clients on obtaining

and maintaining government contracts.

His corporate law practice provides such services to its clients as formation of

all types of new businesses (both domestically and internationally), mergers,

acquisitions, strategic relationships, market development and growth, asset

protection and domestic administrative services for international clients. He also

has extensive experience in dealing with various governmental agencies at both the

federal and state and local level.

SGP Capital appointed Mahmoud the CEO of Acal in 2004 to run its’s UAE

Consultancy, ACAL Management Services LLC, after he had received his Masters

Degree in Business Administration from Columbus University in 2004.

2009 Mahmoud was named “CFO of the Year by NASEBA. In 2015 he was inducted

into Bristol Who’s Who named “Outstanding Member of the Year” and in 2016

inducted and named “Top Chief Executive Officer of the Year in Hospitality &

Tourism” by the International Association of Top Professionals.

Recognised for his unique ability to elevate the operational standards of large scale

organisations. Evolving over an impressive 14 and half years with IHG. In 2012 he
