INGRÉDIENTS125 g de quinoa125 g de courgette râpée125 g de carotte râpée125 g de blanc de poireau haché1 gousse d’ail60 ml d’huile d’olive1 oeuf6 g de chapelure

PRÉPARATIONCuire le quinoa environ 15 min jusqu’à ce qu’ il soit tendre. Égoutter et rincer sous l’eau froide. Laisser refroidir. Entre-temps, dans une poêle attendrir la courgette, la carotte, le poireau et l’ail dans 1 c. à soupe d’huile. Saler et poivrer. Laisser refroidir. Ajouter le quinoa, l’oeuf et la chapelure au mélange de légumes. Bien mélanger. Avec les mains, façonner 4 galettes d’environ 125 g chacune.Dans la poêle, à feu moyen-élevé, cuire les galettes de 2 à 3 minutes de chaque côté dans le reste de l’huile.

Vous n’avez plus qu’à monter votre burger préféré !

PREPARATIONCook the quinoa for around 15 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water. Leave to cool. In the meantime, sauté the courgettes, carrots, leek and garlic in a tablespoon of oil. Season and leave to cool. Add the quinoa, egg and breadcrumbs to the vegetable mixture. Mix well. Use your hands to shape four patties. On a medium heat, cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side in the remainder of the oil.

125 g Quinoa125 g geriebene Zucchini125 g geriebene Möhren125 g gehackter Lauch (weißer Teil)1 Knoblauchzehe60 ml Olivenöl1 Ei 60 g Paniermehl

ZUBEREITUNGQuinoa ungefähr 15 Minuten kochen, bis er weich ist. Abtropfen lassen und mit kaltem Wasser abspülen. Abkühlen lassen. Inzwischen in einer Pfanne Zucchini, Möhre, Porree und Knoblauch in 1 EL Öl dünsten. Salzen und pfeffern, abkühlen lassen. Quinoa, Ei und Paniermehl zu der Gemüsemischung hinzufügen. Gut vermischen. Mit den Händen 4 Bratlinge formen. In der Pfanne bei mittelstarker bis starker Hitze die Bratlinge von jeder Seite 2 bis 3 Minuten im Rest des Öls garen.

France is delighted to host the European Championships. For one month, football is going to be everywhere. Fans from all over the continent will be flocking to France. Our balladins, situated in the host towns (Lille, Marseille, Lyon, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Paris) will be at the heart of the festivities. In 1998, the whole country got behind the French football team. Daisy and Pierre are a sweet couple. After 42 years of marriage, they love one another as much as the day they first met, and have their funny little habits: extravagant cuddles before bedtime, dancing in all circumstances, etc.

Daisy und Pierre bilden ein rührendes Paar. Nach 42 Jahren Ehe lieben sie sich noch wie am ersten Tag und haben ihre kleinen Gewohnheiten: extra-vagante Zärtlichkeiten vor dem Einschlafen, ein Tänzchen zu jeder Gelegenheit etc.

The web series was launched in April and features a young family with two children (Isa and Tom), a fishing salesman (Nicolas) and a retired couple (Daisy and Pierre). Eighteen comical episodes have been made.

Die im vergangenen April gestartete Webserie zeigt eine junge Familie mit zwei Kindern (Isa und Tom), einen Außendienstmitarbeiter aus dem Bereich Angelbedarf (Nicolas) und ein Rentnerpaar (Daisy und Pierre). Es wurden achtzehn Episoden gedreht, die komische Lebensszenen schildern.

La websérie lancée depuis avril dernier s’attache à présenter une jeune famille avec deux enfants (Isa et Tom), un commercial

en articles de pêche (Nicolas) et un couple de retraités (Daisy et Pierre). Dix-huit épisodes ont été tournés qui retracent des scènes de vie cocasses.

Isa et Tom c’est l’histoire d’un couple où les rôles sont inversés. Elle, elle a une forte personnalité, utilise un langage très familier, lit « Camions Hebdo » au lit mais garde une part de féminité. Lui, il est plus sensible, un gentil ours prêt à tout pour témoigner son amour à Isa. Leur couple est inoubliable.

Isa and Tom are couple of kids whose traditional roles have been reversed. She has a strong personality, uses very colloquial language and reads ‘Truckers’ Weekly’ in bed, but manages to keep her feminine side. He is more sensitive, a soft-centred bear who does everything to show his love for Isa. They make an unforgettable pair.

Isa und Tom, das ist die Geschichte eines Paars, wo die Rollen vertauscht sind. Sie hat eine starke Persönlichkeit, benutzt eine sehr saloppe Ausdrucksweise und liest „Camions Hebdo“, bewahrt aber eine weibliche Seite. Er ist sensibler, ein netter Bär, der zu allem bereit ist, um Isa seine Liebe zu beweisen. Ihr Paar ist unvergesslich.

Nicolas est un commercial en articles de pêche unique en son genre. Capable de divaguer en Alexandrins, il a un style qui se démarque des autres. Nicolas is a one-of-a-kind fishing salesman. Able to talk in rhyme, he has his own unique style.Nicolas ist ein Außendienstmitarbeiter aus dem Bereich Angelbedarf und einfach einmalig. Er ist fähig, in alexandrinischen Versen zu fantasieren und hat einen Stil, der sich von anderen abhebt.

Dans une démarche citoyenne et solidaire, balladins a décidé de devenir un maillon fort de cette chaîne de survie et s’engage à installer des défibrillateurs dans ses hôtels.

À l’aide de « Fais battre ton cœur », le réseau organise des événements au sein des hôtels pour sensibiliser nos concitoyens face à l’arrêt cardiaque et les mobiliser pour que le plus grand nombre acquière les bases des gestes qui sauvent.

Plus de 50 000 personnes sont victimes chaque année en France d’un arrêt cardiaque. C’est près de 140 morts par jour, quand on en compte moins de 10 pour les accidents de la route.Les chances de survie en France sont inférieures à 5%, alors mobilisez-vous et ensemble, sauvons des vies.

As part of its approach to corporate social responsibility, balladins has decided to become a strong link in this chain of survival and is committed to installing defibrillators in its hotels.With the help of ‘Fais battre ton coeur’, the network is organising events in its hotels to raise awareness of heart attacks and to motivate people to ensure that as many of us as possible understand life-saving techniques.More than 50,000 people have a heart attack every year in France. Nearly 140 people die from a heart attack every day, compared to less than 10 people in road accidents. The chances of survival in France are lower than 5%, so get motivated and together we can save lives.

Das sind etwa 140 Tote pro Tag, wenn man 10 für Verkehrsunfälle abzieht. Die Überlebenschancen betragen in Frankreich unter 5 %. Setzen Sie sich ein, so können wir gemeinsam Leben retten.
