LYND Development Partners is a seasoned, full-service real estate fi rm with extensive experience in all facets of multifamily development. LYND’s goal is to develop well-executed, high-end projects. The LYND development philosophy is a team-based approach with heavy participation from all levels of the executive and affi liated property management teams,including func-tions of design, amenities, aesthetics and fi nish buy-out. LYND is more loca-tion driven and selective than many of its peers, thus opting to develop few-er projects while focusing on delivering a higher quality of execution. LYND believes this philosophy leads to higher level of profi tability and better risk management.

In addition to specializing in urban, high-rise development, LYND is active in the development of select garden, wrap and podium projects in special locations. Over the last seven years, LYND has developed approximately $500M in new developments in San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Miami, and Austin. LYND strongly believes that our initiatives provide an opportunity to take a diversifi ed approach to investing in the development of residential assets.

ENV CHICAGO 161 W. KINZIE, CHICAGO, ILThe LYND Development Partners’ fi rst venture into high-rise development, EnV Chicago, was delivered in downtown Chicago in 2010. EnV Chicago instantly became one of the highest grossing for rent buildings in the city, exceeding the market average by over 10%. EnV, located one block off of the Chicago River, in the trendy and energetic River North district, consists of 249 units, 27,000 square feet of retail space, and multi-level structured parking. The LEED Certifi ed building is highly amenitized and includes a rooftop swimming pool and 7th fl oor outdoor green deck with a fi re pit. The residential units feature stainless steel appliances, exposed duct work, solar window shades, bamboo fl ooring, granite countertops, and tiled backsplashes. The building sits directly adjacent to Chicago’s “L”and possesses a Walk Score of 97/100 and a Transit Score of 100. EnV Chicago won Multifamily Executive’s highly coveted 2011 High-Rise of the Year award and was sold to an institutional investment fi rm in December 2011.

NINE AT MARY BRICKELL VILLAGE 999 SW 1ST AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDANINE is a 390-unit luxury condominium high-rise located off Brickell Avenue in the heart of the fi nancial district of Miami, Florida, and adjacent to the vibrant entertainment district of Mary Brickell Village. The development starts on the 4th fl oor and continues up 34 stories and rests over occupied retail (Publix Super Market and LA Fitness). The retail and parking garage were delivered in 2006. Over 200,000 square feet of retail and restaurants are located at the base of the building, providing convenient shopping and dining, including several successful restaurants that create a lively and vibrant atmosphere. Equity was provided by California State Teachers’ Retirement System through BlackRock as their advisor, with a construction loan from Wells Fargo.

Due to the location and height of the building, the majority of the units possess unobstructed views of downtown, Lady Bird Lake, the Hill Country, and/or the State Capitol. The tower received LEED certifi cation and includes top-of-the-market fi nishes and amenities. Equity was provided by L&B Realty Advisors on behalf of the State Board of Administration of Florida.

Mr. Lynd has structured the

acquisition and fi nancing

of over $1 billion of multifamily acquisition and

development projects. He has been involved in the

multifamily business for over 16 years as an owner

and operator of multifamily communities after

receiving his B.S. in Business Administration with a

concentration in Finance from Trinity University.

DANIEL ZUNKERPresidentMr. Zunker joined in 2011 as a

Principal to oversee multifamily

development. During his 10+ years, he developed over $600 million ranging from garden

to high-rise projects across

the U.S. Mr. Zunker has his CPA license in Texas, a

Bachelor of Business Administration dual degree

in Accounting and Marketing from Texas Lutheran

University and earned his Masters of Business

Administration from the University of Texas at

Austin. He currently serves on the Advisory Council

for the Real Estate and Finance Center at UT Austin

and is a member of ULI.

SAM J. KASPAREKManaging PartnerMr. Kasparek currently serves as Managing Partner and leads the Colorado offi ce of LYND. Mr. Kasparek joined LYND in 2002 and served as the company’s CFO until June 2011 where he helped

lead LYND from a regional San Antonio property management company to a recognized national real estate investor, developer, and property manager. During his tenure as CFO, LYND completed over $1.3 billion of real estate acquisitions and developments. Mr. Kasparek is a CPA licensed in Texas and a former Big 5 audit manager. Mr. Kasparek received his B.S. in Business Administration from Trinity University with a double concentration in Accounting and Finance. He also minored in Economics.
