Joint Insurance Fund. Commissioners Anthony Luna and Charles Cuccia are two of ten members (three alternates) of the Executive Committee and obviously do not control what particular claims are paid. You seem to suggest that bills submitted by the Borough of Lodi are casually considered and paid for by the Fund. Nothing could be further from the truth. All member municipalities are required to submit formal claims which are then considered by a professional claims management company. The said entity thereafter makes recommendations to the Executive Committee pertaining to the payment of such claims. You should be aware that there is a very formal process involved in the submission of claims and the payment of same. No one member of the Executive Committee has any final authority over the payment of Fund monies. Be advised that if you continue to make inaccurate and/or false accusations about these two Commissioner's (i.e. Messrs Luna and Cuccia) legal recourse will be recommended as an appropriate and justifiable remedy. Please be guided accordingly. PSB/es Cc: Alan Spiniello, Lodi Borough Attorney Anthony Luna, Commissioner Charles Cuccia, Commissioner -------------~--------------
