A Medium Close up is required is required as it would fit perfectly on the front of my magazines cover. It will portray the artist very well and bring the star appeal (Richard Dyer) that I'm looking for to increase sales in my magazine. I will need Charlie and Jon to be wearing Indie clothes as this fits with my sub-genre of music. The lighting will be high key as i want to achieve a high quality photo which clearly shows my models. I would like a spotlight on their person themselves to really show the detail in their faces.

This shot type for my contents page main image will be a mid-shot. This is because would like my magazine to have variety throughout it. It will also allow the reader to see almost the whole of the artists outfit. Potentially inspiring them to improve their own style. Therefore appealing to the social climbers. I would like my models to be wearing different clothes as it shows continuity. But in the same indie rocker style. The lighting will be low key to show variety and give an edgy feel to the contents page. I would like a soft spotlight to give a hint of colour and shadow. I would like my photos of the models to be taken over a white background

The shot type that I need for my double page spread will be a Lon g shot. This type of shot will be dominated by the background. Eventually I would like this image to fill the whole double page spread and blend in with the content. I would like the background to perhaps be outside on the grass to show variety. I would like an instrument, perhaps a drum kit to feature in this image as well as the model. I think this shot would be original and give something innovative to my magazine.
