Manager Mode

There are many Manager Mode functions you can perform at the LoboTime Terminal. In Manager Mode you can:

• Add and delete punches• Adjust pay code hours• Override restrictions• Override schedules• Display on/off premise employees• View employee information

Schedule Override

• Use the Schedule Override transaction to add, edit or delete employee shifts at the terminal instead of accessing Workforce Scheduler at a PC

• If you make changes to a schedule, and the terminal accepts the changes, the updated schedule is saved to the Workforce Timekeeper database

• The updated schedule is also saved at the terminal so that the terminal can accept or reject punches that the employee enters, based on the schedule

To enter Manager mode in the terminal, you swipe your employee badge.

Depending on how the terminal is configured, you can either:

• Swipe your employee badge and enter the Manager password, or

• Press the Manager Login soft key, swipe your badge and enter the Manager password

The maximum number of shifts displayed is 14.

Unnumbered shifts are shifts that you cannot edit. These shifts are pay code edits performed by managers.

Numbered shifts are shifts that the employee is expected to work. You can edit or delete numbered shifts.

Edit Shift

Segment 1 tells you that the shift contains more than one segment. A segment may represent a portion worked in the employee’s home labor account, a break, then a transfer to a different labor account. The shift segment in this example represents a transfer.

When you edit a shift segment that is a transfer, you cannot change the labor account, but you can change the shift type so it is no longer a transfer (for example, change it to Regular).
