Lessons-learnt from the past

Tricky points: the proposal1. Too much focused on the project and not enough on the business

opportunity (business models and customers are weakly described) 2. Proposing just an idea without any concept for its commercialization; 3. Providing poor information for IRP handling. It’s important since the proposal

should deal with close-to market activities

Tricky points: the company1. Not convincing when try to explain why your company will succeed and not

your competitor, why the customers will be willing to pay for your product and, especially for small companies, the description of the company contains all nice CVs of techies but nobody with a marketing expertise.

2. Providing few info for team and roles of persons involved in the implementation of the proposal

3. Describing the growth potential of the company in not so clear and understandable way.
