• Since the inception of the LMS, Dalhousie University has used Blackboard and its precursor Web CT
• There has never been a review of our LMS needs
• Enthusiasm grew within our partner institutions (Saint Mary’s, Mount Saint Vincent, NSCAD, St. FX, King’s, Université Sainte Anne, Acadia and the Atlantic School of Theology)
