Strategic Development of Living Well Programme
Phase 1 2009-2010 Design and test a programme of outreach that begins to meet the vision of NCSI
Phase 2 2010-2011 prototype and deliver this programme as outreach in various locations across the country.
Phase 3 2011-2013 set up living well services nationally in England and to Test and evaluate any ongoing impact on Health and Well being
Phase 4 2013-16 further extend the delivery of courses across country in partnership with other providers. Achieve commissioning. Further in depth research carried out.

The Living Well course has a clinically significant, positive impact on many peoples health and well being over a one year period.
