Remembers employees are always looking for new skills and talent and this is a place where you can share and companies can engage with you direct! List everything we’ve talked about and link to groups/companies where you might have interests in wanting to work. Your profile Use key words (but not overused, popular words) in profiles to ensure your profile is searchable Digital footprint is important for employers Optimise your profile by adding videos, PDFs, photos, docs. to your profile – make a strong first impression Make the most of your connections: friends, classmates, acquaintances, family / family friends, colleagues etc. – 6 degrees of separation is a real thing Should finish by 12:15
