LifeWorks is your employee assistance program (EAP) and work-life/wellness resource.• Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week• Toll-free phone number for all questions and concerns• Voluntary and confidential• Bilingual (English/French)• Telephonic and in-person counselling available (national service), as well as

video counselling (delivered live via webcam)• Support and resources available online at LifeWorks.com (live chat services

available via the website); access via mobile app• Educational materials on a variety of topics• Research conducted on your behalf• No additional cost to you and your dependents

Our Counselling Approach

• Counselling may take place over the telephone, by video (live via webcam over the Internet) or in person

• Short-term, solution-focused• Number of sessions varies and determined on a case-by-case basis• Our EAP counsellors must:

- Adhere to our service and quality standards- Have a minimum of five years’ experience- Hold a Master’s degree in psychology, social work or other

human services field- Be members of their respective professional body
