Lifetouch SCHOOL PICTURE - Order INFORMATION

Picture Day for K-11th Grade – Thursday, October 11, 2012

NOTE: All YEARBOOK PICTURES WILL BE ON THE TRADITIONAL BLUE BACKGROUND

A Lifetouch Picture Order Form is attached to this email and extra order forms are available in each office.

Pictures will be taken for grades K-11th on Thursday, October 11, 2012. Senior pictures will be taken on October 17th. A separate order form and proofs are mailed directly from Lifetouch to senior parents.

Parents will have 2 ways to PRE-ORDER pictures:

1. You may go online and order your pictures and pay for them ahead of time, print a “Picture Day Pass” voucher and return the voucher in the communication folder on Tuesday, October 2nd or Tuesday, October 9th or have your child bring it on picture day. Ordering online offers you a larger variety of backgrounds and the ability to customize your package order by having different backgrounds for each sheet of pictures purchased, if desired.

2. Students can return the order form with cash or a check (made payable to Lifetouch) in the communication folder on Tuesday, October 2nd or Tuesday, October 9th or have your child bring it on picture day.

3. The advantages to pre-ordering your pictures include lower pricing and quicker receipt of picture packages.

Ordering from Proofs:

1. Students who do not buy pictures ahead of time will receive a proof sheet

from which they may place an order online or by mail (costs will be

approximately 50% more than the pre-order pricing). All proof

orders are shipped directly to your home.

On-line Order Information (Prompts are very clear and easy to follow – Here are a few helpful guidelines):

1. Go to mylifetouch.com

2. Enter Caldwell’s Picture Day ID (HY142479Y0) – which is also printed on your order form and then hit submit

3. Follow prompts to “select portrait look”, “choose package”, and “customize package”.

4. Follow prompts to “add upgrades” which are automatically added unless you remove them by selecting “No Thanks”.

5. Follow prompts to “checkout”.

6. Be sure to print your “Picture Day Pass”.
