THE PROBLEM

The current “remote engagement” model is BROKEN: Too many silos, and a lack of a person-centric platform to enable remote engagement and virtual remote care across the continuum of care.

Need actionable, exception-based alerts and thresholds so little things could be caught, to avoid bigger and more expensive problems. Too many preventable ER, doc visits and hospital re-admits. No platform for the senior living operator to holistically and easily engage residents, or for family members to easily engage with their aging loved one.
