If you aim to give professional advice on mortgages, you must hold an appropriate qualification that is recognised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

CeMAP® has long been considered the qualification of choice in the financial services industry, meeting the regulatory requirements for a career in this sector.

The qualification is studied in three modules that build a thorough understanding and knowledge of UK financial regulation mortgages policy. POST QUALIFICATION

Once you have successfully completed the CeMAP® course, you are awarded full certification and may add the designation ‘CeMAP’ after your name. This confirms your qualified status to future clients and potential employers.

With a CeMAP® qualification, you are then also able to further your studies with the Competent Mortgage Adviser Certificate (CMAcert®).

CMAcert® prepares you with relevant and valuable skills which are highly sought after in the workplace. This extra qualification builds upon knowledge gained during your CeMAP® course and further enhances your employability.
