Since 1995, FSSB manufactures surgical needles for

high quality suture manufacturers worldwide. All our

needle manufacturing is fully automatised, which

ensures the best quality, flexibility and efficiency. In

2016, FSSB joined Surgical Specialties

Corporation, which offers OEM services in suture

related products, surgical needle and blade design

and assembly, among others.

Headquartered in Jestetten, Germany with

manufacturing operations in Jestetten and

Poessneck, Germany, the combination of FSSB and

Surgical Specialties immediately creates one of the

largest, if not the largest manufacturer of surgical

needles globally.

Our facilities are certified ISO 13485:2016, operated

in compliance with applicable CE regulations.
