双色素饺( Vegetable Dumplings in Two Colours) 的做法

1.南瓜洗净切薄片,上锅蒸熟透;菠菜洗净切掉根部,放入开水锅中烫熟后沥水捞起,用搅拌机充分搅拌南瓜成南瓜泥,再搅拌菠菜成菠菜泥;2.用薄布包住菠菜泥,挤出所有菠菜汁,处理南瓜的方式同样,要取各 50 克的汁,如果南瓜过滤不出那么多汁就加一点水搅拌均匀;3.大盆里放 120 克面粉,然后慢慢倒入蔬菜汁,先用勺子把面粉和水搅拌成干的絮状后再用手和面,一直揉到成一个光滑面团,中间适当加水或者加面粉调整干湿度;4.将两个面团分别搓成长条,切适当大小的剂子,用手先按成圆饼然后用擀面棍擀成圆形薄片,包上事先做好的馅儿即可。
