But cherries’ are small soft fruit!
And white’ is not a good colour for people who spend most of their time rolling around in the mud!
So, why…. “Cherry and Whites”?
Team Kits• The colour of the shirt, shorts and socks a
team wears is called their team ‘kit’.• It is a kind of uniform.• It is linked to the identity of a team.• It is sometimes also called the team strip• It must be a unique design.• Teams sometimes change and update
their kit design.

Your Challenge!• Follow a design brief and use the rugby
shirt templates provided to create a new team kit for Gloucester Rugby Club.
Design Brief• Using only the colours red, white, and
black, create a new kit design suitable for a 21st century Gloucester Rugby Club team. Your shirt design must include a panel for the team’s sponsor.
