An $8 adult meal includes roast beef dip, roasted potatoes, salad, dessert and a re-
freshment. There will also be a child sized meal for $4. Proceeds will assist with travel
to the 2013 annual gathering in Prince George. Also will have 50/50 and small loonie
raffle table (donations are welcome!).

The Community Health Worker Schedule
Tonya, the Community Health Worker, is in Leq’á:mel Mondays and Wednesdays. It is al-
ways best to book an appointment with Tonya by either calling her at Sto:lo Health, 1-877-
411-3200, or at the band office, 826-7976.

• Appeal Process- to assist clients to write a letter to NIHB if a medication or medical de-
vice has been declined benefits
• Apply for patient travel for status on reserve members to attend out of town specialist
