• 2007 - Lemminkäinen signed an investment and cooperation agreement with the
Kaluga Region Administration and received the ownership certificate for the industrial
land area.
• 2008 - The company signed an agreement with the local electricity, gas and water
providers. Construction of engineering infrastructure was started.
• 2010 – LMK signed a construction contract on the "turnkey" principle for the
production of "Rani Plast" packaging films.
• 2012 - opening ceremony of "Rani Plast Kaluga" plant.
• Nowadays:

Cooperation agreements with different international and Russian Trade
Chambers of Commerce.
Signed agency agreement with JSC “Kaluga Regional Development Corporation”

Production premises in «I-Park Lemminkainen»
• Production of packaging film Rani Plast
• Pilot project on their own plot in “I-Park Lemminkainen” was successfully completed in
2010-2012
• Project value - about 20 MEUR
• The factory area is 5400 m2, the height of the main workshop - 27 m
• The plant operates in three shifts and produces 16 000 tones of plastic packing
materials per year.
