• Live Oak will set 20% aside on all “Private” or “Memorial” cremations for a designated rescue organization registered in the Legacy Program. At the end of each calendar year, a check will be sent to the organizations named, from Live Oak, in the full amount of the 20% that was put aside for each specified organization.• Organizations must have a valid registered 501c (3) non forprofit status to participate in the program.• All animals must be a rescue or a foster through the designated rescue group registered.• Rescues or fosters get a return for cremations only. No Returns will be applied to urns or keepsakes. • Contracts will be renewed annually.• May not be combined with any other offers.
